stannyblade
Bought one yesterday from warley. Was fine at first but now it won't go backwards correctly. It goes very slowly backwards then stops and won't move. Any idea what it could be?
corax67
Sounds like the gear train in the power unit is binding up in reverse - this could be down to a number of factors: Excessive lubricant in the bogie gears (it's a grease) A split gear within one of the bogies Drive shaft has excessive play and is binding If it was a new purchase yesterday then I would get in touch with the seller tomorrow and return for a refund or replacement rather than opening up to investigate
