lmsforever
Interesting programme well thought out with contributions from survivors staff and management ,concise discussion as to why the crash happened and the aftermath for the people concerned .Seems that the culture of management was the direct cause of the crash with bullying of staff contacting drivers with questions whilst they were driving plus cutting timetables without thinking of the consequences.I was surprised that they did not have AWS or similar .People interviewed were questioning the need for extreme speed and wether or not life is better for it?The privatisation of Japans railways seemed to be botched with no overall body to oversee what the companies were doing most unusual for a country like Japan. The survivors stories were very interesting and how they handled the aftermath, overall a very interesting programme.
