woodyfox Posted April 14, 2014 Share Posted April 14, 2014 I don't trumpet customer service unless it is thoroughly deserved. Roxey Mouldings deserve a very large fanfare for customer service. I ordered a Mashima 1833 from them online around 4 weeks ago. By week 3 it hadn't arrived. A quick call, a mutual moan about the postal service and a new motor was dispatched without further charge arriving 5 days later. I will return the original, should it ever arrive.
