34theletterbetweenB&D
A diesel body of this type is just a cuboid box with a missing face, and as such will readily fit over a cuboid chassis of slightly smaller dimensions. Provided you are up for cutting away any interior obstructions in the body shell, and likewise adjusting the chassis block where necessary to clear, there should be no fundamental problem as the two types share broadly similar overall dimensions. Biggest question is what this frankenloco will be called. Duffgrid? Romspoon?
