mswjr
Help question please,I have made an o gauge layout with a Traverser at 1 end,The traverser is pivoted at 1 end so that the 4 tracks on it line up with the track on the layout on the moving end,Can someone show or tell me a way of connecting the electrics ,from the traverser to the layout please if that all makes sense ( had a crocodile clip idea but that got in the way of the trains ) Thanks Garry
Spitfire2865
If it pivots, its not a traverser but a sector plate. Asking about that would be more helpful for you.
RMweb Premium jamie92208 Posted October 15, 2014 RMweb Premium Share Posted October 15, 2014 I used brass door bolts on Long Preston and am using them again on Green Ayre. They are quite cheap from decent hardware suppliers (dearer from B & Q) I did find that I had to put a length of copper wire inside the catch part to ensure connections as the fit is usually quite slack. You will be able to throw away several of the actual bolts. If you need a wiring diagram send me a PM. Jamie
