Hornby repairs

Apologies if this is the wrong thread. A family remember whom shall remain nameless (to err is human and all that..) dropped a somewhat irreplaceable Hornby Castle 'Great Western'. Without going into details (well the obvious cab and bogie damage that seems inevitable when you drop one) there is some significant damage Id prefer a professional repairer to try and fix. Is there any shops in the Swindon or Gloucestershire area that do repairs that anyone can recommend? Seems few model shops offer this capability these days.
