RMweb Gold big jim Posted October 27, 2017 RMweb Gold Share Posted October 27, 2017 4am this morning I was stood on edge hill station in the pitch black with nothing but a head torch for illumination hoping that there was no one else up at 4am in the same location, a very eerie and creepy place to be stood alone at that time of night, the underpass was a bit scary, the dead I can handle it's the living I don't want to meet down there in the dark! It was strangely calm and quiet for a city centre location Though Luckily I was only alone for a couple of minutes before my train came in and I headed off to Lime st
Poor Old Bruce
Someone (a train driver I think) once told me that the only decent folk out after midnight were railwaymen, midwives and bobbies. Wildlife photographers probably hadn't been invented in those days.
