I've cycled past the Calandbrug and the Brielle junction of the motorway, where you can get some shots, although it's a bit obstructed and a bit noisy. Calandbrug with loco: Can recommend the day-long port tour from central Rotterdam (spido.nl), fascinating although you don't see too much rail.
