What constitutes a large model railway collection, and what are the largest by volume in the UK? I have often asked how collections compare, and have recently had to itemise mine for removalists and insurance. My son and I have two collections, his continental N gauge is 85 locos to the good, about 200 carriages and similar number of wagons.
