Due to a change of family circumstances we will be scaling back our business. I have just finished building two Great Eastern 5 planks, for a customer and the Prototype of the Furness medium cattle van. Also the furness 2-4-2Ts have had there first coat of red so I will give them another coat this afternoon and finish them off tomorrow. I will post photos once they are finished.

The latest Wagon is the Furness Medium Cattle van 70 were built from 1904 to 1907 the lasted until 1951

Just finished the model for our latest brake van. Its a Furness/LMS/BR 10-12ton brake built from 1907 to 1917 and lasting until the 1950's. It will be available as a RTR from us, to order, or as print from our shapeways site.
Also, just produced these models for a customer. They are for a M&GWR/Irish Railways E1 0-6-0T
The Prototypes are now at the printers. First production models should be ready for Telford. If everything has worked I should be moving on to the super structure of the 6 versions of the LSWR/SR/BR 2-4-0WT

The first 3D Cad models for the locomotives we have under development. 1st Sharp Stewart (Furness/Manchester and Milford/LMS/GWR) 2-4-2T 1891-1925 Etched nickel silver chassis and a 3D printed top there will be a number of options chimneys/rivet details etc
2nd LSWR/SR/BR 2-4-0WT Etched nickel silver chassis and a 3D printed top there will be initially there will be 6 versions covering 1895-2018. if there is demand we may do a pre 1895 version and a tender version.

As promised here are the 3D drawings of the first four Talyllyn wagons.
The two open wagons are totally 3D printed and just need their couplings and wheels. The slate wagons have printed chassis', brass floor and a printed top (2 bar slate has brass corner strapping).

We will have the first of our new 7mm narrow gauge kits available at this years GOG Telford show. They will be Talyllyn 2 bar slate, Talyllyn 3 bar slate, Talyllyn 3 plank open and Talyllyn 4plank open. With luck the Talyllyn iron bodied wagons should also be on show. I will post photos of the 3D models later.
We now have a range of axle boxes, buffers and othe fixing available to be printed by customers on our shapways site. As we move away from white metal castings to 3D printed fitting in our kits this allows us to offer these parts for sale to the general public. Unfortunately we will not be at the Kettering Show as I have slipped a disc in my back. We are still able to take orders and supply mail order.
Our next outing will be at the Blyth and Tyne show at Newcastle at the end of April with our layout "Scratchy Bottom GER". Although we will not be trading if you want to order before the show you can pick up kits and RTRs.
Our next trading show will be in May at the ALSRM Reading Show.

For those who havent noticed we have a new website. "www.pregroupingrailways.com". It is a work in progress as I'm not very HTML savy and I'm having to learn of the job.
Our Next show is going to be the LNWR Society's Kidderminster meeting on the 30th of this month at the Kidderminster Railway museum. We will have our New LNWR 0-4-2ST loco on show. (I will post photos later once its painted) I believe its free to get in as well.
The show after that will be GOG GuildEx16 a
Unfortunatly we have had to cancel going to the GOG Kettering show tomorrow, due to family illness. I hope that this does not inconvenance anyone, but in the circumstances I hope people will understand that I have to put my family first.

We have addtional show date we will be attending the Workington Model railway show on 19th/20th of November 2016. This will be with "Scratchy Bottom (LSWR/SDJR)" on the Saturday and Sunday Mornings and the layout will turn into "Lowick (Furness/NER)" in the afternoons to allows us to run some stock that doesn't normally get a run out.

Since my last post about adding 4mm wagon kits to our 7mm range we have been commissioned to produce some additional wagons these will be ready round about Easter next year.
The second batch of 4mm wagons will be:

NER/LNER/BR/PO R2/4 Coke hopper
NER/LNER/BR S1 Ore hopper.
I will up date everyone once design work has commenced.

News hot off the press We have been commissioned to make some 4mm wagons that can be built as OO or EM. The first wagons in the new range will be: LYR/LMS/BR 1plank/Bolster; LYR/LMS 7plank loco coal/double ended coal wagon and a 7 plank open that can be built as a side door only or side and end door. The latter kit can be LBSCR/SECR/GNR/NER/W^D/SR/LNER/BR as well as private owner wagons.
These kits will be available around February time. If these kits sell then we will be looking to expand t
