Apologies to all for the lack of pictures from Flickr. RMweb seems to have fallen out with Flickr (and Photobucket).

 

I guess the powers that be will get things sorted.

 

No amount of 'clearing the history' using Firefox or IE makes any difference at this end.

 

If you want to view my model railway 'in the making' there are lots of (boring?) pictures on Flickr.

Hi Ray, you may want to give Andy a head's up about this. I have the same problem and couldn't find other examples - but since you have the same problem with Flickr photos it seems to have to do with photos that are hosted outside the blogs (including elsewhere on RMweb).

 

PS: Those Flickr photos aren't boring!

Hello Mikkel, I can rely on you for taking an interest.

 

I sent a message to Andy last night with no response as yet - but I guess he does have a life to get on with.

 

I spotted another Blog using Photobucket to host pictures - that was not working - so I did not feel too bad.

 

I had wondered whether it was a Flickr problem since seeminlgy they have been inundated with uploads from people pulling their collections off Instagram.

 

Glad you find the pictures interesting.

Second Mikkel's comment about Flickr pictures.  The planning and construction of your layout is meticulous and very well documented.  Said it before, but your electrics are pure art.

Mike, very good for my ego.  I am not an electrical engineer but I would have watched the instrument engineers at ERS (British Gas Engineering Research Station Killingworth) - John Lowes name comes to mind as a very good example.
