As Weaselfish identified my father built all sorts of oddities

 

So next up a Caledonian 0-8-0 Tank. Plasticard with a scratchbuilt brass chassis and an X04 type motor, Ks wheels.

Another impressive and, to my eyes, totally exotic beast. I'm looking forward to seeing the GSWR Baltic you mentioned on your last post. There's a couple of photographs of them in the October 'Steam Days' and they look very imposing.

Yes its very balanced  - even more so than the ex Great Central Q1 0-8-0 T
