Decided to go with the Heljan kit as I think that the Metcalfe kit, while nice, would not dominate the area as many breweries do. Just look at Adnams in Southwold or Hall and Woodhouse in Blandford. Had a look at Georges Brewery (later Courage) or at least what's left of it, in Bristol today and this would have stood head and shoulders above the surrounding buildings when built.

Using left over parts from the kit, I have made up the loading bay that was seen in the last lot of photos, it is now covered. I will need a large water tank to go on the roof of one of the buildings. Rather than using another Dapol kit, I will probably make it using the Will's vary girder. Another job I have done today is to make up a stable. For this I have used parts from the Airfix Battle of Waterloo Farm. For the dray I am using a Slater's kit.

The main brewhouse is being braced with large section Plastrut and will have floors using heavy card. I will also put some upright pieces in to block the view through the building.
