So occasionally I get to weather locos I really like. In this instance its a Hornby "Britannia" - Clive Of India On receipt I had to fasten one or two items back onto it and tighten one side valve gear retaining nuts, fit the flanged bogie wheels and add the goodies out of the plastic bag enclosed in the box.

 

Again this is to be a "shed cleaned" loco so...after adding a pair of ink washed crewmen and some real coal in the tender a bit of ink, some powder then a bit of a polish to get a bit of a shine on the loco where the cleaners can reach and ..
