Mikkel, it is the view from Chateau de Leucate (ruins) toward Le Canigou and the eastern Pyrenees.  The main line from Perpignan to Narbonne runs along the lagoon shore.  One of these days there may also be an LGV there but at the moment it is "low speed" rail only.
