As mentioned in the last entry a few more cars are being worked on, so thought I'd stick a couple of pics up, may be of interest to someone!

Tower car 1, built from much modified E1 kit, bec reversed stairs, peckham cantilever truck, dashes from tinplate and plasticard laminate. Shown in first undercoat so needs rubbing down etc. Tower could be fun as I'm finding a good picture hard to come by. Will have a Halling vario truck for power.

Re-trucked pivotal car, this began life as an EFE Horsfield, cut everything off beneath the quarter lights and rebuild in plastic using Tower E1 rocker panel sides and dashes, cast bec P35 trucks, shown sprayed red, needs some detailing, paint and transfers. Power by a 35mm Halling truck.

This being the only bit of the Horsfield lower section that's left! The good thing about using the metal EFE section i he strength it gives an otherwise flimsy plastic model. This particular section is now progressing into a 'convert car' the upper deck nearly being ready for undercoat, pics to follow.

Easy street sample has arrived from sunny California, it's quite strange looking at track that's about 1mm thick and you glue it together!!
