Drilling jig

I recently saw a drilling jig for plastic bogies and under frames, I think in BRM goods inwards possibly Oct/Nov.
Does anyone have information on this.

Do you mean the little jig for drilling out the pin point axles to allow you to fit brass bearing cups?
