The layout is designed to divided into two baseboard units with a fiddleyard board hinged under the matching scenic one. The front will be open frame type whilst the other will be convention design.

When you look at the first photo, on the previous post, you will see that there is a bridge under the Trelee line, just after the junction. This was carries the railway over a stream. Further along the railway passes over a side street, before passing under a main road.

The platform continues through the train shed and behond it too. Allowing the train engine to run around it's train.

By placing the two scenic boards track to track allows the layout to be stored in a very small footprint and also protectes the scenery during tranist and storage.
