Further to the previous post about the new project I have planned, based on Addiscombe. I have tinkered about with track planning on AnyRail, trying out several ideas until I had a eureka moment.

Below is the track plan that I feel most happy with. It isn't perfect as it is a rough plan but here it is!

The two shorter tracks at the top will go into a small carriage shed and the platform/sidings can easily cater a 4 car EMU. It is all within 8ft x 50cm space.
