Well, in the words of a Pink Floyd song 'just another brick in the wall' has been this week's theme! My birthday present from my wife (would love to have heard this birthday present explained in the staff room!)

some retaining walls has arrived. The local 'brickies' from Glasburgh have been out with their cement and trowels and the walls are taking shape. I had already fitted a few bits near loco depot but the latest parts around the raised section finally make it look like part of the layout. It has also given an edge to the rest of the layout. A long way to the walls being completed but looks much better already
