Gosh just realised how long it's been since I last updated this blog.

Well there is kinda a reason for that... which is that not much has been happening on the personal modelling front with the layout for a while.

However Fisherton Sarum will be attending the Reading Society of Model Engineers centenary celebration event in a couple of weekends time on the 11/12th September.

The event is being held at the Blessed High Farringdon School, Fawley Road, Southcote Road, Reading, RG30 3EP.

Opening times are 10am to 5pm and comprises of a mixture of model layouts and model engineering displays. Also miniture train rides will be available all during the event at the RSME's track in the corner of Prospect Park. As I will be in Cornwall for the Kernow event on the 3/4th Sept this leave this weekend to get the layout ready, cleaned and tested again prior to the Reading event (mind you being a tradditional August Bank Holiday weekend I am sure the weather will be suitable for working indoors!)
