A quick view of the landscape as it evolves. Not finished yet, more scatter to add then some zappy grass here and there....

It's looking a bit too moorland-y at the moment. Hopefully with some darker green woven in, some trees and hedge it will look more like Leicestershire!!

If not, it'll have to be settle and Carlisle after all :laugh:

I think the hills are too small for S&C. Looking good. How are you at forestry?

Hi Don, Forestry is another fairly new step for me!

I need to build a number of pine trees, which are rare in Leicestershire, but for some reason prolific on the cutting and tunnel at Glenfield!

I've bought in a few bits and pieces over the months, and have some photos of pines which I took near here, so I have pretty much what I need I think.

There are some useful articles and youtube videos which I've been watching.
