About Me

Retired mechanical/hydraulic/controlsystems engineer. I worked for BR from '69 to '78. mainly on the APT-E Tilt System but also testing bridges etc. I'm a member of the APT-E Conservation and Support group who look after and restore the -E, currently at the Locomotion Museum at Shildon, Co. Durham.
