  1. You are quite right. I will be reasonable and send my proof of purchase to my legal advisor.

If you've got proof of purchase, why not just send it KR Models as they've requested?  Your legal adviser should just tell you to do the same - only they'll charge you for that advice: it's been given to you free on here.

Welcome to a spell on the moderation queue, you're just causing a nuisance and taking some of my time.

  2. Concerns About KR Models. I wish to record a serious concern about KR Models and the roll-out of the GT3 model. I would be interested to know of other customers have had difficulties with this operation? Briefly, they appear to have a major disconnect between their accounting and logistics systems. In my case: my order was accepted on 11 June 2020 (their records). The order was dispatched on 19 March and delivered on 9 April to my address in France. In late 2020 I moved to Spain and failed to notify KR Models. Entirely my error. The parcel was returned by La Poste France and the purchaser of my former home confirmed this. When KR notified me of the return , I apologised profusely and stated that I would pay all re-delivery costs. Imagine my surprise when KR Models replied: “ We have your shipping receipt, but it's your original receipt for your purchase we would need to process your order.” I pointed out that the parcel had arrived and been returned. At this point KR changed their tune and stated: “Our records don't show having a purchase.” Finally KR stated “we may have made an error” and demanded proof of purchase! I am left with two conclusions: KR Models have a problem handling their accounting and logistics or they have not been honest. I believe the former to be the case. However I parted with over €300 with nothing to show for it. Has anyone else had problems with this trader?
  3. The same happened to my Tango! Hattons refused to accpt it but Heljan responded immediately from Denmark and relaced it!
  4. Hello, Have any members experienced electrical problems with the Tango. My unit has run in a satisfactory manner for the past 6 months. It is dcc fitted. All of a sudden today it died with a puff of smoke! The wiring between loco and tender melted, yet the decoder is still OK (tested after removal). No other loco experienced problems on the circuit. Similar experiences?
  5. Bonsoir, I still have problems with my peco insulfrog double slip. My DCC layout features a WYE whereby two opposing lines converge onto a terminus. The polarity of the converging lines into the WYE is, of course, conflicting. I wish to install a Peco Insulfrog (100) between the two converging lines, but whatever I do, I get short circuits despite using a reverse loop device between the beginning and the end of the WYE. Am I missing something?
  6. Just joined RMWeb...am a Brit based in France 17...am just completing a dcc layout that can be converted (with some effort scenically) from UK to French and German outline. Wpuld enjoy contact with others interested.
