  1. Wouldn't that be 3 feet at 4mm scale and not 12 feet?
  2. G'day Andy, Just going back to your difficulties with assembling the Signal Box, I presume it's cast in Polyurethane. If so, the only successful adhesive, other than contact adhesive, is Superglue ( Cyanoacrylate ). I've been manufacturing model railway kits and accessories in Polyurethane for over 25 years, and my recommendation is to roughen or abrade the faces of the joints to be glued. This can be done with emery or similar, or scraping with a knife blade or file. After doing this the superglue will/should go off very quickly, whereas if not treated this way I have found that the superglue will not go off at all. I have found that even the cheap superglues will work well after this basic preparation. Ian Storrie Ian Lindsay Models
  3. G'day George, What's the irregular top edge of the wagon side? Not an injection moulded kit I'm guessing? Ian.
  4. G'day George, that looks great, but a bit modern for me. Andy suggested I ask you what the Guards Van is/was that you recently gave him. It's a red one, on his latest post images with his new split headcode 37. I've been looking for something like it, but not found one yet! Regards from down under, Ian.
  5. G'day Andy, Just wondering what the Guards Van is ( or from ) on your last images with the new split headcode 37 Ian.
  6. G'day mudmagnet, I've following this with interest for a while now, but just curious as to how wide the board is/was? I'm guessing 6 inch or thereabouts, but it just goes to prove the theory that it doesn't have to be big to impress! Happy New Yew Year from downunder, Ian.
