modelpara Posted September 25, 2018 Share Posted September 25, 2018 Hi all I have two Bachmann Class 221 Voyagers and both are exhibiting the same problem of slow running with a full load of 5 cars. Pete the Elaner Posted October 23, 2018 Share Posted October 23, 2018 I did a comparison once with just the centre car running then the whole 5 car formation. I found that the trailer cars created a huge amount of drag, reducing the top speed to a little over half of what it was when running light.
