Bowers Row makes it a Castleford Colliery Engine and eligible for my collection. Black and Amber is irresistible and imitation is the most honest form of flattery. Shame it wasn't an Andrew Barclay example with the alternative handrails but this is my first non Hunslet austerity.

doilum
A bit of a slow day as I await some medium handrail knobs from Eileen's. Mustn't get carried away until they are safely in place under the tank sides. Still haven't fully decided on an identity but apart from the ones at Bowers I am struggling to find a local example with a standard chimney.

doilum
Not quite there yet. She needs a final chassis build with brakes and pick ups before I set the quartering design with Loctite.
