RMweb Gold MarshLane Posted January 30, 2021 RMweb Gold Share Posted January 30, 2021 Can anyone tell me when British Railways moved from the 12-hour am/pm format to 24 hour? Obviously in the 60s it was the former so WTT and public timetables had 6.18pm, but by the timetables I have of the 1980s we were 18:18. Does anyone know when the change took place? I am assuming it was at one of the timetable change points in the mid to late 70s? Rich
