I followed the link back to the Flickr site and the location is Kingswinford Junction which was (following a quick Google ) the point at which the GWR line to Wombourne and Wolverhampton left the GWR main line from Stourbridge Junction to Dudley and Wolverhampton  - which is very close to where Brettle Lane Station was.  This is of course the prototype for another great layout by Jim SW http://p4newstreet.com/category/brettell-road/
