johnb
I think that there is a club in Christchurch. Or have a look on www.ukmodelshops.co.uk they have a listing or www.cmra.org.uk has a listing of the member clubs of the CMRA. John
9403
Thanks John There is nothing listed but I still hope something may come from this posting. The Christchurch club does not cater for finescale. Caters for other areas well but it's Horses for courses and I guess my interest area is rather narrow. Crompton Power
You might be interested in the Wimborne Railway Society? http://www.wimrail.org.uk/ They have a OO layout of Wimborne using SMP, not quite P4 but an improvement on Peco! They are a friendly bunch, I've been made welcome on the few occasions I have visited them when I've been in the area. Keith.

RMweb Gold PaulRhB Posted February 27, 2013 RMweb Gold Share Posted February 27, 2013 The Wimborne club layout will certainly be right period wise and is OO, see it at their show on 6&7th April. I'm a member, though occasional since I moved a bit further away. They are probably the biggest in the area and meet Tuesdays for just modelling and on Thursdays for a mix of modelling, social and talks evenings.
