I will be heading South early on Friday with some of The Long Line.

The 'Landy' is currently having its gearbox tickled to make the hard slog over the Heads of the Valleys road a little more comfortable than the last time we tried it..fingers crossed!

I've been assured today that the roads in the valleys are OK, all bus and train services are working as scheduled and that the show is going ahead this weekend.

This is a nice mixed interest show with a real friendly feel to it.

If your in the area, come along and say hello,

Mark

Cancellation of The welsh Model Show January 2010

As reported, this weekends event has had to be cancelled as a result of a burst water main in the road outside. Despite the local authorities sterling preparatory efforts earlier in the week to clear the access roads and car parks of snow and ice, a lack of suitably clean water means no toilets, heating or tea and consequently the sports centre will be closed for up to a week. Homes and businesses in area have been struggling with several burst water and sewage pipes over the last week, a result of the cold spell.

Apologies for the late reply but I have been having difficulties accessing RM Web.

Mark
