Talltim
When my first son was born I bought him a Bachmann Edward Eastwood private owner for 'later' (we live in Chesterfield so doubly appropriate) My second son is called Albert, but I can't find any private owners called Albert, RTR or in transfers. (I think a pre-lettered kit would be too fragile) Can anyone suggest one?
Talltim
Ah, since I last searched POWsides have introduced an Albert Usher of London transfer http://www.powsides.co.uk/www.powsides.co.uk/info.php?p=7&cat=&search=albert&submit=Search It says its suitable for a Slaters 4041, which is a Charles Roberts 7 plank. What would be the most suitably sized RTR wagon to fit the transfers to? It doesn't have to prototypically accurate, just have sides the right size. jwealleans
A Bachmann one, I'd think. Older Hornby and all Dapol ones are too short.
