Any chance of talking nicely to the Lincolnshire Vintage Vehicle Society to get a vintage bus, even if only from the showground entrance to the hall (quite a hike for those coming by public transport).....

All the very best

Les

Les,

We are in contact with them with regards a bus from the station to the hall. As of yet we have had no reply.

Will Paul Chetter be there again with his Zimo sound demo?

No but James from TrainAutomation has sound as well as other items, and he may be doing a demo.

Alan

Forget the last post, I had a word with Paul and he said he would attend with the sound demo. Just waiting for conformation, as soon as I have it I will post the details.

As promised, an impressive line up and I wish the team every success with this show. It's good to see a club shouldering the risk of staging what has the potential to become a major regional event.

In this age of declining interest in the hobby, particularly from the younger demographics, it's usually down to the commercial organisations with enough marketing clout to be able to take the risk, that often results in a show which is heavily skewed towards the traders, but this looks a more balanced approach and I really hope the public give it the support it deserves.
