Woodgreen Model Show is a small event held in the village hall which runs for three days around April/May. It includes model railway layouts, model engineering exhibits such as miniature fairgrounds and static exhibits such as model buses, locomotives and traction engines. Outside there will be a range of live steam traction engines in operation with freedom to move around the village and tackle the hills around Woodgreen!
We are doing it to raise money for local charities such as the Woodgreen Village Community Shop, the Cleft Lift and Palate Association (CLAPA) and the Teenage Cancer Trust.
