A two day exhibition with layouts in all the popular scales, traders, show-you-how demonstrations, club shop and refreshment service. Exhibition on two floors with disabled access to all areas. Venue is close to Rainhill Station (Liverpool - Manchester line) and regular bus srvices on Liverpool - Rainhill - St Helens route 10A).
There will be a free hourly vintage bus service running on Sunday only between the venue and the North West Museum of Road Transport, Hall Street, St Helens. Please note that admision to the museum is not included but tickets can be purchased on the door (well worth a visit - large vintage bus collection, lorries, cars, motor bikes, cycles etc).
Exhibition admission; adults £6.00, children £4.00, family (2+2) £16.00 Opening times ; Saturday 10.00 - 17.00, Sunday 10.00 - 16.30

Our next annual Abingdon model railway show – Abrail – is scheduled for Saturday 4th March 2023 at Abingdon and Witney College. Please note this a few weeks earlier than our previous regular slot, in order to avoid conflicts with other shows.
This year we will be hosting 25+ high quality layouts and 10+ traders as well as speakers and demonstrations. It promises to be a great day out for both railway modelling enthusiasts and families alike. Admission £10 on the day or £9 in advance. Under 18s free if accompanied by a paying adult.

Featuring Lawrie Rose from the LMM (Laurie’s Mechanical Marvels) YouTube Channel and his Ruston 48 ‘Sir William McAlpine’. His locomotive will be providing train rides from 11am – 3pm (Standard Fares). He shall also be conducting a Q&A Session from 4pm onwards.
Furthermore, a modest model railway exhibition (Free entry, but donations gratefully received) will be situated in the Sidings Function Room. This will be open from 11am – 3.30pm. It shall showcase 10 working layouts.
“The Sidings” café and bar, the station museum and shop will be open.

Full disabled access and easy parking. Excellent catering. Adults £6. Accompanied Children (under 16) Free.

0Our open days are held in our Keighley Clubrooms on the 3rd floor of Knowle Mill (Keighley Business Centre), BD21 1SY. There is limited off-road free parking, plenty of free on-street parking and lift access (please note we do not have disabled toilet facilities). Full home-made hot and cold catering is provided by the Denholme Scout Group throughout the day.
Layouts in all scales (N gauge to G scale) will be running and visitors have free use of our multi-scale test track to run their own stock. There is often trade support from Ellis Clark Trains (used rolling stock and bargain rummage boxes).
Entry: Adults - £4, Children under 16 - £2 (under 5 free), Family (2+2) - £10.

WMRA Annual Exhibition

Excellent show. plenty of free parking, over 30 layouts, lots of traders and full catering. I liked the scenery on the illustrated 009 gauge Feorag layout set in an imaginary island west of Cornwall. TT:120 seems to be well received with two small oval layouts on display.

I was there for a MBF meeting/exhibition last Saturday. Excelent hall with all the facilities you need.
The bus from the station was a very good help for those that want to come by train rather than drive.
