Liverpool & West Lancs. 'O' Gauge Group - Open Day, Sat. 16th May 2026

(0 reviews)

In its 70th anniversary year, LAWLOGG will be holding its next open day on Saturday 16th May 2026 from 10am-4pm. (Suggested last admission 3pm.)

Admission is free but donations would be welcomed.

Light refreshments. Free parking. Multiple public transport options.

All four of our layouts will be available and visitors are welcome to bring O-gauge stock and locomotives to run. We can accommodate 3-rail, 2-rail, DC and DCC.

Progress on our new layouts under construction (a modern image wagon works and some multi-gauge modular layouts) can be inspected too.

There will be some small demonstrations of electronic/computer applications in model railways from the Merseyside Area Group of MERG (The Model Electronic Railway Group).

Additionally, members of LAWLOGG will be on hand at various times to explain techniques such as painting & lining rolling stock and scenery construction, on demand.

You might even be able to pick up a ‘pre-loved’ bargain from our club sales stand.

(Please note that under 18s and ‘vulnerable adults’ must remain in the presence of a parent/guardian/carer to meet safeguarding requirements.)

See the 'visit' page of the LAWLOGG website for lots of information on location, travel and public transport.

It is anticipated that the next open days will take place on the third Saturdays of November 2026 and May 2027.
