autocoach
With the S 15, 700, Adams Radial Tank and other SR/LSWR models (the Kernow Road Van and Hornby LSWR coaches in the offing) we should join together to encourage Cambrian to go forward with their proposed SR/LSWR Diagram 1410 Van and Diagram 1543 Brake Van kits. Both were very long lived vehicles lasting into the early BR period and in the case of the Diagram 1410, preservation. I hope they are not being cautioned that someone is planning RTR versions. Personally I prefer the kits. I have a string of Cambrian 1923 RCH clay wagons that wend their way from the Wenford drys to my Padstow instead of Fowey and just about every Southern and predecessors wagon kit. All excellent builds. On a note for purchasers in the America's as we can no longer obtain kits directly from Cambrian, I use Kernow as my retail source and they have been willing to special order from Cambrian when they do not have the item in stock.
