LED's flickering when using Train Tech LFX2 lighting effect controller

Hi,

 

I've setup a Train Tech LFX2 lighting effect controller for Shop lighting, the first set of LED's (2) come on and then after 4 sec issh start to flick and then go off, and come back on. This just continues.

 

I have no idea why this is happening.

 

​Anybody got any idea why LED's act in this way?
