RMweb Premium TimC Posted September 27, 2015 RMweb Premium Share Posted September 27, 2015 I enjoyed my visit to Lydney today. There was a good mix of layouts and the bacon rolls were excellent! Here are a few piccies. Castle Wharf Kendal (OO9) Budemoor Junction (OO) Brimscombe (N) Frampton (P4) I particularly liked the buses running around this OO layout (using the Faller Road System). I didn't record the name and I can't work it out from the listing - was it Hilton TMD? The Dean Academy is a nice venue. However I don't think any of the teaching staff pay much attention to the cashless vending machines...... I'll certainly go again next year. An afternoon out on the Dean Forest Railway topped off a great day out.
RMweb Gold tarifa Posted September 28, 2015 Author RMweb Gold Share Posted September 28, 2015 I took a couple of pictures of Alkerton Road, no time to do any others. I did not realise that so much effort was put in the shows by the exhibitors, I am exhausted. It was a nice friendly show, the venue was a little scattered but plenty of room for everyone.
