Nobby (John)
Some of you will know that I am co-owner of FYX817W a Leyland Leopard with Duple Dominant 2 Express body. My friend and I have now also taken delivery of FYX816W which is quite unique as it suffered a complete body loss in an arson attack and was rebodied. RMweb Premium HillsideDepot Posted November 10, 2015 RMweb Premium Share Posted November 10, 2015 Interesting. Bristol Omnibus had a Plaxton Supreme Leopard, PWS491S, which suffered fire damage in 1983 and had that rebodied as a Paramount. It is now preserved in its later Badgerline livery http://farm8.static.flickr.com/7276/7784167574_c2b65eecbf.jpg When it was still in National Express livery it used to get out on the express network as a "dupe". Of course the service car drivers assumed it was a Tiger and wondered why it couldn't keep up!
