Where would the coach be positioned in a medium length train? Next to loco, next to guards', or even behind guard, or anywhere? I'f I could afford to hire a special saloon, I wouldn't have wanted any Tom, Dick or Harry to come passing through my highly desirable carriage, so I would expect it to go on the end. Help, please.
