55016 Posted November 22, 2015 Share Posted November 22, 2015 I'm hoping someone might be able to shed some light on what's causing a problem on my Heljan class 27 fitted with a sound decoder. The loco moves on dc. In dcc mode (fitted with loksound decoder v4 with legomanbiffo sounds), the sound will 'fire up' and the latch keys work, but the loco simply will not move (nor does the sound change from tickover). kevpeo Posted November 22, 2015 Share Posted November 22, 2015 You don't say what control system you are using, but from the symptoms it sounds like you have the loco in a 'consist'. Try changing the address and see if it then goes back to normal. If so, you will have to check with your operating manual to see how to get it out of the consist! hth, kev.
