Layout building services: help/recommendations requested

Apologies if this is in the wrong place!

 

I am very interested to get your recommendations for layout builders.

 

I have quite a large project that has ground to a halt: 31' x 8'6".  I have the framework in place, have all the track for my plan but need help completing the baseboards as it will be a multi level layout, laying the track and doing the electrics (DC).

 

I am based in Kent - so guess a local builder would be more reasonable as all the work will probably need to be done on site?
