rob D2
Hi, I have one of these in coal sector colours. It's the one with reinforcing bars on the grilles, and lamp holders on each end. I notice the nose grills have dividing bars at each end on each side - I don't think this is right for any loco including this one ? Never seen a photo like that . With that in mind is like to try and change it to a transrail one , preferably that went to both Cornwall and didcot in EWS days. Any suggestions ? I think I can ignore the grills because they won't be right for anything exactly !

daveymills
suggest to trawl Flickr as several detail differences still exist. for example some locos had different nose ends, e.g. 37675 (WR-style nose brackets at one end only) https://www.flickr.com/photos/67444577@N02/6643463455/

MrB
Those ar nice, bu things have moved on..... I'm doing a nose swap and making 37516 I think in loadhaul Remember it's not that simple, the roof mounted horns have to be removed and the cab vent will have to moved forward. rob D2
Knew about the horns - not about the cab vent I shall look into that
