The brain-dead strike again

In this day and age, the values that used to be instilled by most parents are lacking because a lot of parents today didn't have such values instilled. This has been going on for the last fifty or sixty years; each generation getting worse because of general lowering of social mores through films, TV and books which all contain what represents todays values. Add to this, the political and business changes that have been made the continuing disappearance of well paid jobs that didn't require an extensive education and education itself. Add to this mix the societal changes that have occurred.

A good example is in the US elections. One candidate has a staunch conservative base which is underpaid, under employed (if at all) and under educated. An opposing candidate appeals to some with promises of free health services, free education and other things which normally require hard work to obtain, not mentioning where the money to pay for it will come from.

All this does not excuse the disgraceful behaviour in Purbeck nor any of the other preserved lines that have recently suffered summarily and many suggestions have already been mentioned, at least to the fate of the perpetrators

Brian..

Yawn, and you didn't mention video games or rap music either so it's not even a decent pastiche of "hell in a handcart" cobblers.

"Each generation getting worse" FFS.
