Looking for an HO scale industrial building to convert into a station

I'm looking for an HO scale building to be my station .... modern, basic semi-industrial ... I've looked in all the obvious places ... Faller, Vollmer , Pola ... any ideas?

I think US kit makers produce a small tenement block something similar to that. It may be possible to doctor it.

I certainly agree that I'm probably looking for a generic building that I can adapt into a station rather than a station kit per se
