Just received a Roco wagon in the post from Elaine's Trains and it's prompted me to recommend them. I've bought the odd item from Elaine's Trains over the past couple of years, ordering is easy, e-mail or phone, I've always paid by paypal but other means are catered for. Service is always prompt and polite even though my orders are usually modest. Goods are well described and photographed, very well packaged and despatched promptly. There seems to be a good rotation of stock, across the scales, I tend to take a look each week at the areas I'm interested in to see if anything catches my eye. No hesitation whatsoever in recommending this retailer.
