However, they don't sometimes respond quickly to follow-on emails. Digging around I happened to note that the subscription email address was from "MagazineCloner" and the telephone number is +44 (0) 207 608 6322. I was lucky to get the head of their Customer Services,. He was very helpful and resolved the problem immediately with me on the telephone and he was looking on line and manipulating my subscription at his end. A perfect and quick result.
