This let the owner keep things tidy and organised. Now it seems the owner can delete only their own comments, which means other member's comments are there forever unless the owner rewrites the entire topic. Quite frankly, the whole point of a blog is being able to change posts (for example, to incorporate suggestions by others) and thus avoid the clutter of so many topics. A great deal of this value is lost if outdated comments have to remain in place. I'm wondering if other blog owners are experiencing this; and whether it is a temporary fault or a new policy.
