Today, my youngest daughter came to help me with making the Christmas cake (a bit late, but better late than never) and my son-in-law (the aforementioned handyman) had another look at the H&M and it worked perfectly. So, it is obvious that I am no expert with the multimeter. In any case, it was a good exchange of information and I did learn something from it. Also, I have been able to test run my latest acquisition and can now fit the decoders. I should add that, before fiddling about with the multimeter, I had connected the appliance to the track and there was no power at the track, a fact that led to all this movement Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
